That sums up the last four days.
No tracking whatsoever. I've stuck to crackers, rice, the odd bit of chocolate and a bag of crisps. Anything I've eaten or drunk has exited pretty rapidly, which has been enormous fun! Three days in bed, yet so much galloping to the bathroom has been done that I'm not really that short on steps for the week!
I got up and had a shower this afternoon. I ate breakfast and nothing happened, so I got showered and dressed and went bowling. I was terrible. I went shopping. For food firstly, then I went hunting some below the knee Capri pants sort of things. I found the perfect pair, and bought two, one navy and one white. I also bought a pair of Aztec print black and white wide leg pants in a linen/rayon mix. It's just too hot for jeans between April and October, and I'm not yet back into my more fitted Capris and shorts.
I see no shame in buying drawstring waist trousers. There's always enough room, and I can still wear them when I've dropped a dress size or two.
Back to tracking today. Not the healthiest of choices, but still coming in under budget!
